Catching up on some blog posts and realized I never posted the Fifield Twins turning 2! I have photographed them since before they were born. They’re at such a fun and curious stage. Oakley was all about smiling at me while Lillie didn’t want to give me the time of day. Hard to believe they’re growing up so fast!
When everyone is in town for a visit, you do family pictures, rain or shine. The Foxwell family were troopers for their family shoot as we fought off the rain. You’re guaranteed laughter, entertainment, and lots of personality with this crew. I’ve watched their family grow and change over the years and it was a joy to get to photograph them.
With Bryce heading off to college this week, it’s good timing for me to finally post their family beach session from earlier this summer. I love this family! They are a football family through and through and I have so enjoyed watching their boys play ball over the years. Sports and Jesus have brought our two families together in so many ways. Hard to believe they’re all grown up now and making their own paths. I’m not sure what life will be like once my kids are done playing sports and there are no more practices or games to hustle to. I’m often told, these are the best days of our lives. I do believe that, but I’m pretty sure there are some good days ahead for Brad and Kathy as they find their new normal. Here’s to the empty nester life!

It’s hard to believe this beauty is about to start her Senior Year in High School! Â I’ve been photographing Abby and her family for several years. Â She’s literally grown up before my eyes. Â I can guarantee our shoots will be filled with laughter and Abby struggling to make her “serious, hard core model face.” Â She has the best laughing face and there’s no containing it. Â Here’s to a great Senior year of cross country and track as she takes her next steps on her journey into adulthood. Â Congrats Abby and thanks for making my job so easy with your beautiful self, on the outside and the inside too.

I never get tired of taking photos of this sweet girl. Â She’s changed so much since the last time we took photos at the flower field (top left). Â She may be growing up, but she’s still the same girl that I adore. Â As always, enjoyed our time together Abby, and thanks for making my job easy.
It doesn’t seem possible that this guy is graduating from high school. Â For years I watched as he ran up and down the sideline while his dad coached or his brother played ball. Â Then I watched as my kids ran up and down the sideline while he played. Â It is true that time flies by so quickly. Â Our family loves this kid and his family and could not be more proud of Bryce. Â He always has a smile on his face and is willing to do whatever is needed to help a friend or someone in need. Â God has big plans for him and we can’t wait to keep cheering him on. Â Congrats Bryce!!!
